Brewster Gardens in downtown Plymouth is where I met Brittany for her senior portrait session.  The park is a nice change of pace after photographing at the beach every night.  Brittany plays basketball for Sacred Heart and and helps out at the family business in Manomet.  The school photographer takes the yearbook pictures for Sacred Heart, so these images are for giving out to family and friends.  Here’s a few images from her ‘walk in the park’ session:

I love the cute shoes!

Hali from Plymouth South

August 19, 2010

Here’s Hali, a senior at Plymouth South High School. She plays soccer, too!  She has beautiful greenish-hazel eyes and a great smile. Here’s Hali’s Sneak Peek!

I love how the color of her eyes perfectly match her top.  No, I did not ‘photoshop’ them!

We had some interesting weather – it was sunny, it was cloudy, it was windy then not.  That’s the way it rolls with senior pics at the beach! Jordan plays soccer for Plymouth South High School,  Is it me or does she look a lot like actress Mariska Hargitay (Law & Order SVU)?  She’s certainly gorgeous like her! Here’s a few of my favorites:

Cloudy skies make an awesome background!

Jaclyn came down to Scusset Beach from Whitman for her senior portraits.  She describes herself as Responsible and Kind-Hearted – and that seems perfect since she’s involved in Habitat for Humanity and wants to  major in Nursing in college.

Here’s a few of my favorite pics of Jaclyn:

Showing off her amazing hair:

and amazing eyes:

Lauren and her family traveled down Rt 495 from Franklin to Scusset Beach for her senior portraits.  Lauren describes herself as a free spirit – I could tell that by the way she was so comfortable in front of the camera.  She loves horseback riding and wants to become a vet.  Here’s a sneak peek of some of her senior pictures:

Here’s one to show off her very blue eyes!

Here’s Shayla – from Londonderry, NH. She spends a good part of the summer on Cape Cod and wanted her senior pictures on the beach.  We had a great day – we’ve really lucked out on the weather this summer!  Shayla is going to college to be a dentist.  She reminds me a bit of Cindy Crawford – don’t you think? Here’s a few of my favorites!

We had some fun after the sun went down and created a spectacular sky!

Here’s a sneak peek of some of Ryan’s senior pictures.  Ryan runs cross-country track and runs every single day, even in the summer.  I photographed his sister Nicole a couple of years ago – you can see the resemblance between the two!  Pembroke requires the guys to wear a button-down shirt and tie for the yearbook so we started with that, then went for more casual clothes. He brought perfect colors for the beach…

Kim from Pennsylvania!

July 11, 2010

Kim and her family came up from Pennsylvania to vacation, and while her official yearbook photo is taken by the school, she wanted different photos to give to family and friends.  Kim describes herself as athletic and caring – and she sure is athletic! She plays volleyball, runs track – and can you believe – plays ice hockey!  She loves hip-hop music, Twilight, and Make It or Break It.
Her session had to be on the hottest day of the year so far – you’d think at the beach it would have been cooler, but not much.  She was a trooper though – and even put on her heavey wool Letter Jacket for a few.  Her family even drove 9 hours with a hurdle in the car to use for her session!  Here’s a sample of some of her photos:

I would be pleasantly surprised if Taylor didn’t get my unofficial ‘Traveled farthest for senior pictures’ award this year. Taylor and her mom drove all the way from South Dakota for  her senior portraits (oh and a family reunion, too :) .  They were staying at the Blue Water Resort in Yarmouth on Cape Cod. The beach is beautiful there so I traveled to them. Taylor is a competitive swimmer and her best stroke is the Freestyle.   She and her mom have done road trips in the past, but this was their farthest yet.

Here’s a few of Taylor’s images:
